Our approach
Sense of Self is a London based therapy practice that provides counselling and psychotherapy to young people and adults. It was created to encourage people to explore ways to reconnect to their sense of self and find balance in all aspects of mind, body and soul. It aims to support people to function at their optimal capacity and find ways to move forward during challenging times.

Consumed by your thoughts, feeling overwhelmed, irritable and restless.
